And The Winners are.........

The winners of the the free entry in one event at next years state shoot are.  Ron Wahl, John Reeb, Adam Becker, Sam Downs, and Reuben Stark.  We will be contacting the winners as soon as possible.

We received 215 survey's back.  that is just short of 25% of the survey's we sent out.  Not bad.  I will try to post the results soon.  I will not be posting the comments due to length.  Nothing surprising.  Mainly dust, line help, food issues, grow some grass and get the main building up.  Didn't seem to be a big issue finding hotels.  Several people said the golf carts should be kept off the side walk.  The only one other than the people picking up score sheets that I saw was Nick Thanos.  There may have been more but I didn't see them.  Had a person mention the minor problem we had with the electric to the campers.  Considering the heat and only eight campers out of 126 that wasn't too bad.  One person said we should have had showers.  We did.  One said we should have had flush toilets.  We did.  We spent several thousands of dollars to have the showers and air conditioned flush toilets with running water.  Had a couple people say we should have had more port a poties.  We had more than in past years.  The total number of places to park your behind to do your thing was higher than in the past.

All in all people for the most part were happy with the way things ran.

Dates for the Wisconsin 2014 State shoot.

I guess it passed through the cracks.  I have not posted the dates for next years State shoot.  They are July 15-the 20th.  See you then.
