Home Grounds work day

Unfortunately the date for the work day had to be changed from this Sat. the 1st to Saturday the 8th.  So bring your chainsaw, pruning tools and work clothes.  Meet at the homegrounds at 9AM.  We will be cleaning out the campgrounds and pruning where ever needed.  Come and check out the progress so far.  If you have a trailer and or ATV to haul brush and wood bring it along.

Here are some of the pictures Denny took on Saturday the 10th of Nov.  Some one on that OTHER web site said our background was bad.  Look at the picture looking north from trap 9.  Looks good to me.  From one end to the other.
The top picture is about trap 9 looking north.  Look at that wonderful background.

Just a reminder that if you want to send a comment you MUST fill in the boxes of your information.  If you don't it won't send your comment.  It comes to me blank.  So remember to fill in all your information.

Also remember that the WTA is a 501c3 organization.  That means that you donations are tax deductable.  So give and give often.

And again.  Camping sites are going fast.  If you plan on camping at next years State shoot contact Bill Simonar at 920 655 4759.  There are only 21 spots left.

We have been contacted by a couple of places regarding lodging for the 2013 shoot.

Camping Reminder/Banquet Update

Just a reminder:  Fees for campsites are due by December 1st, 2012.  There are a very limited number of sites remaining and a waiting list may be created if all of the sites become spoken for.  If your fee is not paid by December 1st, your site can be opened up to someone who is on the waiting list.  Please contact Bill Simonar with any questions. 

Also, the 2013 Banquet will be held at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course.  It is located just down the road from the homegrounds.  Please plan to attend to help in celebrating the opening of the WTA homegrounds!!

The next BOD meeting is November 3, 2012.  Don or I will post the agenda as soon as it is available.
